What we’re looking for:
Significant experience in a senior HR generalist or HR partnering role.
Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
Experience managing complex casework and organisational change.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coach and support leaders confidently and professionally.
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent).
Education sector experience is desirable but not essential.

Greenshaw Learning Trust is seeking a Regional HR Partner to support a group of schools across Sutton and Outer London. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the country’s highest-performing multi-academy trusts and play a key role in supporting leaders, shaping people strategy and driving positive organisational change.
Working closely with Headteachers, senior leaders and school HR teams, you will provide expert advice across employee relations and workforce matters including organisational change, case management, recruitment, policy development and strategic HR projects.
This is a highly collaborative role within a supportive and experienced HR team, offering the opportunity to influence practice across a growing and ambitious trust.
