Are you skilled in office administration tasks with good customer service skills and looking for your next opportunity? We’re working with a well-established and growing engineering firm in Loughborough who are looking to add to their friendly team. This role offers great rates of pay, steady day shifts, and flexibility around the school run if needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Managing the Sales orders and inputting data into the system
2. Answering the phone and updating jobs
3. Performing general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office support.
4. Managing and updating our CRM system to ensure accurate client and project records.
5. Assisting with other office tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the business.
6. Accounts experience would be an asset
What We're Looking For in an Office Administrator
7. Proven office administration experience
8. Strong general administration experience.
9. Familiarity with using a CRM system
10. Strong background in customer service
