Join a leading automotive programme delivering safety validation across premium vehicle platforms. This is a hands‑on lab role, not theory heavy. Expect to be on rigs, running tests, and owning outputs.
What you’ll do
* Execute component, system and full vehicle safety tests
* Work across pedestrian impact, interiors, restraints, body structures and airbags
* Deliver test plans aligned to programme timelines
* Modify and support test rigs based on evolving standards
* Collaborate with safety, engineering and external test teams
What you need
* Solid mechanical engineering grounding
* Proven experience in a test lab environment
* Ability to analyse failures and drive root cause insight
* Confident communicator across engineering stakeholders
* Flexible mindset, OT and shifts expected
Nice to have
* DoE or structured problem solving (Green Belt level ideal)
