Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients within a range of commercial sectors on a wide variety of property and agricultural matters.
* Managing a caseload of leaseholds, planning and development, sales and acquisitions, and various commercial agreements and licences.
* Participating in business development, building your own contacts in the area and nurturing existing relationships.
* Exhibiting exceptional communication skills and working well within a team environment.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
