This is a specialist leadership role within the Housing Income Collection service, responsible for managing and resolving persistent no‑access cases across Newham's housing portfolio. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure legal compliance, support statutory inspections, and contribute to protecting housing assets and income recovery. This is a hybrid role but predominantly office-based at Newham Dockside, with some travel required across the borough. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and supervise a specialist team of up to 12 Investigation Officers. Oversee investigations into persistent no‑access cases, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
