Global manufacturers of corrosion test cabinets for salt spray tests and cyclic corrosion tests. As we expand our global presence, we are seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator. This role is essential for ensuring smooth administrative operations and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
* Process customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
* Liaise with our global network of customers, agents, and distributors to provide product information.
* Follow up on open sales leads and hold distributors accountable for sales targets.
* Maintain the CRM database with current customer and sales information.
* Prepare and issue order acknowledgements, shipping documents, and invoices.
* Monitor the sales inbox and respond to enquiries appropriately.
* Generate sales reports for management review.
* Provide temporary cover for key personnel during absences.
Marketing Support:
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.
* Manage content updates on the company website and social media platforms.
* Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters.
* Support SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives.
* Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience in sales administration or marketing support roles.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
* Experience with digital marketing tools and content management systems like WordPress.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and in teams.
