Financial Adviser – Maidstone
Salary: up to £75k

We’re representing a well-established Chartered advice business in the Maidstone area that believes in doing things properly — no shortcuts, no nonsense. With plans to double in size over the next five years, they’re looking for a motivated and client-focused Financial Adviser to join their friendly and ambitious team.
Working with a high-quality, loyal client base — from business owners to trustees and families across generations — you’ll deliver tailored financial advice across investments, pensions, tax and estate planning. This firm genuinely treats clients like humans, not account numbers. And they expect their advisers to do the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing fully holistic financial advice with a focus on long-term client relationships
* Managing and growing a portfolio of affluent clients
* Conducting regular client reviews and ensuring advice remains compliant and suitable
* Working collaboratively with a tight-knit advice team
* Supporting business development through referrals and recommendations (no cold-calling heroics required)
* Keeping up to speed with legislation, tax and product changes
What You’ll Need
* Ideally 2+ years as a Financial Adviser (but strong juniors on the road to CAS are very welcome)
* A proven ability to build trust and rapport — especially with HNW clients
* Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, estate planning and tax
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* A car and driving licence
* A genuine desire to do right by clients
