Neighbourhood Services Manager
Location: Coventry
Rate: £41.49 per hour (LTD)
Contract: Temporary, 3 months (initial)
Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Neighbourhood Services Manager to join on a temporary basis. This is a senior, operational leadership role with responsibility for delivering high-quality neighbourhood and tenancy management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of neighbourhood and tenancy teams
Oversee tenancy and neighbourhood management functions, ensuring compliance with policy and legislation
Lead on the management and resolution of Anti-Social Behaviour cases
Drive service performance, quality standards, and continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams, local authorities, and external stakeholdersRequirements:
A relevant housing qualification (e.g. CIH) or actively working towards one
Proven experience managing housing or neighbourhood services at a senior level
Strong knowledge of tenancy management and ASB legislation
Demonstrable leadership, performance management, and stakeholder engagement experienceWhy apply?
