Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and reach out to eligible customers to increase awareness and uptake of The Net Zero Home Scheme. Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor on solar panels, battery storage, and heat pumps. Clearly explain the benefits, cost savings, and features of the scheme in an engaging and accessible way. Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to improve the customer journey and conversion rates. Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections with confidence and professionalism. Contribute to team KPIs, including engagement, conversions, and customer satisfaction scores. Collaborate closely with our partners to refine the process and improve overall efficiency.” Provide regular feedback to management on customer insights, barriers, and opportunities for improvement. About you: Minimum of 12 months experience in a customer-facing role, previous sales experience is advantageous. Exposure to the automotive, EV charging, or renewable energy sectors would be beneficial, but not essential. Confident engaging with customers, able to build rapport quickly, and passionate about delivering a consistently excellent (5*) customer experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and persuasively. Proactive, organised, and able to manage your time effectively in a target-driven environment. Resilient and positive, able to handle objections and challenges while maintaining a customer-first approach.
