Job Title: Procurement Assistant

Your Role
As our Procurement Assistant, you will support the Procurement team with cost modelling, market analysis, reporting, and maintaining our contract database. Proficiency in Excel and reporting platforms like Power BI is essential. You will assist in modernising our contract management and spend analysis, as well as visualising KPI performance.
Your Responsibilities
* Review and analyze data for contract database and spend reports.
* Support the validation and visualization of procurement metrics such as savings and payment terms.
* Prepare data for monthly business meetings.
* Gather and publish market insights and benchmarks.
* Assist with administrative tasks, data management, and presentations.
* Support travel arrangements as needed.
* Opportunities for career development in transactional buying and procurement activities.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and data modeling.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
* Experience in admin/data analysis roles.
* Power BI or similar reporting software experience is desirable.
* Strong communication skills.
* Problem-solving and innovative mindset.
