Receptionist / Office Manager Birmingham (On-site) £14.50 - £16 per hour Full-time | 8–5 or 9–6 Temporary role, ongoing Immediate Start We’re working with a architecture studio in Birmingham who are looking for a polished, organised and proactive Receptionist / Studio Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to be the front face of a creative, design-led practice and support the smooth running of a busy studio. The Role You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers, while providing essential administrative support to the wider team. Typical duties include: What You’ll Do Welcome visitors and provide a positive reception experience Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, and day-to-day operations Assist with office facilities, including audits, maintenance requests, and keeping the office clean and organised Plan and coordinate office events, catering, travel, and onboarding Provide IT/AV support and handle calls, emails, post, and ad-hoc admin tasks Coordinate office calendars and support teams to ensure everything runs efficiently About You 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally including reception, admin, and facilities Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and client-ready Flexible, with a can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Bluebeam, Workday or Salesforce a bonus Interested in growing within a global, creative business Available to start Monday 9th
