Business Change Project Manager (12 Month FTC) Tenth Revolution Group Newcastle upon Tyne, office based Start Date: Late July 2025 Tenth Revolution Group are seeking a skilled Business Change Project Manager to join our team in Newcastle for a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave. This is an exciting role where you'll play a key part in the inhouse Business Change team, who are part of the wider PMO. Your role will combine project management and change management, delivering a range of internal projects and programmes, directly within TRG (an award winning Cloud/Tech Recruitment Agency). As Business Change PM, you be joining a small team reporting into the Head of Business Change, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from initiation to delivery. Projects will vary between people, processes and tech - recent projects have included automations, setting up new global offices, process change, people and tech changes. You will engage closely with key stakeholders to assess TRG's change readiness and ensure alignment across teams on project objectives, expected benefits, and timelines. Your role will involve facilitating effective communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a blend of change and project experience - across people, change and tech projects. We are a global company with circa 2000 employees worldwide, and we are looking for someone who can be hands on in delivering multiple projects within a fast paced changing environment. Experience you’ll bring: 7 years’ project management experience, managing end-to-end project delivery, with a proven track record of delivering projects spanning multiple business areas, including technology and process change within complex environments. Previously worked for a fast-paced organisation, delivering multiple projects Working with a range of internal departments across front and back office, as well as managing external resources Strong ability to communicate with senior business and technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into clear and actionable project plans. Develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels, building trust to facilitate open communication. Work with stakeholders to define what success looks like, and the expected benefits. Establish mechanisms to track adoption and measure benefits to ensure that projects delivers long-term value to the business.
