Weekend Sous Chef Required!
Are you a skilled chef ready to take the lead? We’re looking for a Weekend Sous Chef to work every Saturday and occasional Sundays, with the key responsibility of covering for the Head Chef during the absences.
Your role:
Assist and support the Head Chef during weekend service
Manage and run the kitchen efficiently when the Head Chef is off
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Lead the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar supervisory role
Strong culinary skills and ability to manage kitchen operations
Confident decision-maker who performs well under pressure
Reliable, proactive, and a natural leader
