The Role
* Reporting to the Store Manager you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store, contributing to optimising inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and ensuring execution of brand and visual standards in the store.
* Drive sales and profitability while operating a well‑organised environment.
* Keep the stockroom organised and running smoothly.
* Manage deliveries, replenishment, and e‑commerce order fulfilment.
* Maintain accurate inventory and execute markdowns efficiently.
* Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and visually on point.
* Uphold brand and operational standards at all times.
* Look for ways to improve stock flow, sales, and customer experience.
About You
* Minimum 3 years Operations Manager experience, preferably from a high‑style fashion background.
* Managed a high‑turnover operation before.
* Understands that the success of the shopfloor is closely linked to the stockroom.
* Tech‑savvy – RFID experience preferred but not essential.
* Passion for fashion and an extremely customer‑oriented mindset.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, inspirational leader & authentic individual.
* Highly organised.
