About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead daily site activities, manage resources, and ensure high standards of health, safety, and quality. You'll support the planning and delivery of engineering projects, working closely with clients and teams to achieve smooth, efficient operations. A key part of the role will be managing and supervising pipework, fabrication, and mechanical installations, ensuring all activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Lead on-site operations, overseeing pipework, fabrication, welding, and mechanical installations from planning to completion.
2. Conduct inspections, solve issues, and drive continuous quality improvements.
3. Mentor apprentices and junior staff, promoting skill development and teamwork.
4. Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including toolbox talks and site procedures.
5. Support project planning, installation, commissioning, and documentation.
6. Maintain excellent client communication and a high service standard
