GSL Education are seeking a reliable Cover Supervisor to work in schools across Sheffield (S35), supervising classes and ensuring lessons run smoothly. As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will deliver pre-prepared work, maintain classroom discipline, and support pupils to stay on task throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes and deliver set work as a Cover Supervisor. Maintain positive behaviour and a productive learning environment. Support pupils with their work and answer questions where appropriate. Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding pupil engagement. Requirements: Experience working with children or young people in a school setting. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Confident, adaptable, and professional approach. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
