What You'll Do
* Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results and achieve sales targets.

* Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance.
* Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
