Ideal Candidate: * Holds a relevant degree and a PGCE (QTS) in Mathematics. * Possesses strong classroom management skills. * Demonstrates a systems-driven approach to education, ensuring consistency and efficiency in delivery. * Maintains high personal and professional standards. * Has a proven track record of fostering student achievement in Mathematics. * Is enthusiastic about professional development and continuous learning. * Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues.
