AXA Health is expanding its Digital team and is looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Test Engineer to help deliver our digital roadmap and support our Engineering strategy. The role is product‑led, with a strong focus on Salesforce, .NET, Azure, and React frontend web applications.
What you’ll be doing
* Act as line manager, supervising and guiding a team of test engineers on our Salesforce Platform.
* Oversee testing activities during frequent code deployments, delivering business value to production environments.
* Be hands‑on, uplift existing capabilities with a focus on test automation.
* Lead the technical design, implementation and maintenance of test automation projects within a CI/CD environment.
What you’ll bring
* Hands‑on experience with Salesforce testing, and a background in Test Engineering Leadership or SDET.
* Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the SDLC.
* Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools for creating and running automated test suites.
* Experience with Provar or Copado Robotics Testing (CRT) is advantageous.
* Experience with load testing and reporting of results.
* Proven manual testing skills; automation is crucial but manual testing remains essential.
* Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
