Apprenticeship (Level 3): Cultural Learning & Participation Officer Location: Redditch & Bromsgrove (with occasional travel across North East Worcestershire) Hours: Full time 37 hours (flexible including some evenings/weekends) Contract: 15 months (April 2026 – July 2027) Annual Salary Band: £15,392 - £24,454 (in line with apprenticeship and age-bands) Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Youth Engagement Support recruitment of Creative Producer Groups (CPGs), Skills Camps, and workshops Engage and support participants at events and workshop sessions Encourage participation from young people and community members Support other cultural organisations with project work Event & Project Support Help deliver CPGs, Skills Camps, and workshops and support partner organisations projects/programming.
