The key objectives are to help maximise the production from client assets, increase maintenance efficiency and achieve a high level of safety performance.The ideal candidate will be from a coordination or administration background with some experience of maintenance procedures, land management/grounds maintenance or operating assets. A high level of organisation and computer literacy is required to be successful in this role. This is a permanent role which is primarily home/office based near Exeter or based at Kings Langley, with occasional travel to operational sites and RES offices.Accountabilities
1. Manage the grounds maintenance needs of the site in accordance with the contract, including liaison with technicians, sub-contractors, internal support staff and client
2. Record and maintain contractor certification status, review safety documentation and RAMS, ensure contractor inductions are up to date.
3. Schedule, monitor compliance with, and close out routine grounds maintenance activities.
4. Support contractual reporting requirements such as monthly, annual, and work completion reports.
5. Support with budget tracking, raising purchase orders, receiving and compiling quotes, and invoicing.
6. Support as a point of contact and maintain healthy working relationships with Landowners & Shepherds.
7. Identify & record potential site hazards and identify alternative methods & machinery for safe maintenance.
8. Support with potential biodiversity & ESG improvement strategies for the portfolio in-line with contracts, LEMP documentation and lease requirements.
9. Maintain a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other quality management tools as necessary.
10. Support with and progress corrective maintenance of civils & ecological improvement works including fencing, groundworks, planting, tree works & ecological surveys.
11. Analysis of safety/incident KPIs and highlighting trends and anomalies.
12. Provide further administrative support for the team where required
