Job description
The Big Idea: Help Brands Get Chosen. More Often.
At WAA Chosen, we believe marketing only really matters when it makes a brand the obvious choice. That’s why everything we do, from brand and digital to PR and promotions, has one simple purpose: to deliver creativity with commercial bite.
We’re an employee-owned agency, which means everyone here has a stake in the success we build together. It’s a place where ambition doesn’t hit a ceiling, ideas actually get heard, and business brains and creative hearts thrive side by side.
Now, we’re looking for a Client Services Director to help lead that charge. Someone who can build trust at board level, push for better work, and make sure our clients stay delighted, profitable, and fiercely loyal.
What You’ll Do
You’ll sit at the top table, steering our client relationships and shaping how we deliver across Automotive, Trade & Construction, and Leisure & Lifestyle. You’ll own revenue, retention, and reputation.
You’ll keep our teams firing on all cylinders, aligning production, strategy, and creativity so we deliver smart, commercially strong work that actually works. You’ll spot growth opportunities others miss and make sure our clients think of us as partners, not suppliers.
You’ll also be a mentor. You’ll develop our senior talent, set clear direction, and drive a culture of collaboration that makes everyone better.
What You Bring
You’ve spent a decade or more in client services, at least half of it leading from the front. You’ve run big accounts, fought for great ideas, and negotiated contracts that made both sides smile.
You think commercially but speak human. You know how to inspire teams, influence CMOs, and balance ambition with realism. And yes, you’re comfortable with data, dashboards, and even AI tools that make account management smarter, not harder.
Why You’ll Love It Here
Because here, you don’t just clock in. You own it. Literally.
We’re employee-owned, so when we grow, you grow. You’ll get all the right rewards too – from private healthcare and generous holidays to matched pensions, EV schemes, wellbeing perks, and a learning culture that’s second to none.
We’re a Gold Standard Investor in People and Platinum for IPA Continuous Personal Development, meaning you’ll keep learning, keep progressing, and keep doing the best work of your career.
In short: this is a role for someone who loves leading clients, shaping strategy, building teams, and driving growth. Someone who wants to work somewhere that matches commercial focus with creative energy.
If you’re ready to help brands get chosen more often, and lead a team that makes it happen, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now. Help us keep WAA Chosen, well… chosen.
