SUMMARY OF ROLE
The club physiotherapist will work within the Science and Medicine team, being the primary physiotherapist support for the pathway and academy during the winter. During the summer the role adapts to support cover for all cricket for the 2nd XI, requiring travel to home and away fixtures and training. A significant part of the winter involves supporting the academy/pathway with their physical, psychological and performance needs so they can thrive during the competitive season. The relationships built in the winter are key for managing injuries and return to performance during the competitive months. This challenging and exciting role works within performance cricket, supporting players and the club’s high‑performance culture across all formats of the game.
