As part of their continued expansion, they are opening a new branch in Derry/ Londonderry and are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead the team and establish a strong presence in the local market.
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a brand-new office backed by a trusted agency name. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, building local market share, and ensuring exceptional client service. This role requires a confident leader with a strong background in estate agency and a proven ability to lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
* Drive business growth across sales and/or lettings, securing new instructions and converting leads.
* Proactively generate new client relationships while maintaining existing ones.
* Conduct valuations and represent the brand professionally and confidently.
Leadership & Team Management:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a new team to achieve individual and branch targets.
* Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
* Foster a high-energy, customer-focused culture within the branch.
Customer Service Excellence:
* Deliver outstanding service throughout the buying, selling, or letting process.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively, maintaining long-term relationships.
* Uphold the agency’s strong reputation in every client interaction.
Operations & Compliance:
* Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with property legislation and company standards.
* Work closely with head office teams including marketing, compliance, IT, and HR to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage branch reporting, financial performance, and administrative duties.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience (or equivalent experience) in estate agency (sales, lettings, or both), ideally with prior management or senior negotiator experience.
* Strong knowledge of the local property market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Demonstrated ability to hit targets and grow market share.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
