Our client, a reputable Volume Main Dealer in Exeter, is actively seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop.

* Basic salary up to £37,000, depending on experience
* Potential earnings of up to £42,000 OTE through achievable bonuses
* Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm

As a Vehicle Technician, your duties will include:
* Carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing efficiently to a high standard
* Completing all work in line with manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards
* Accurately documenting all work carried out and advising customers on repairs or future servicing needs
* Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
* Working collaboratively with team members to meet workshop targets and improve customer satisfaction
The ideal Vehicle Technician will have:
* A Level 3 Qualification within Vehicle Maintenanace & Repair, or equivlent as well as a few years experience.
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
* Good organisational skills, capable of working independently and within a team
* Demonstrated commitment to high-quality work standards
