We are delighted to be recruiting a number of production operatives to join our team in Ferndown in Dorset.
Summary:
This role will be cross functional working across inspection, moulding, finishing and despatch.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Set production machinery and equipment to achieve the correct output rate in order to complete the production plan and ensure the on-time delivery of goods
* To manufacture product to the required quality standards and record data as determined by the relevant quality standards or specifications
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others
* Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation or production processes and equipment
* Play an active role in maintaining housekeeping standards to ensure everyone's safety by adhering to the Company's health and safety policy
* Carry out product changeovers as efficiently as possible and adhere to all company policies and procedures
* Carry out machine cleaning as laid down in the procedures or as directed by the Supervisor
* Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by the Supervisor or Manager of Superior Limited

Hours of work: Monday, Tuesday to Friday hours per week.
Regular overtime is available on a daily basis aand on occasions, a Saturday morning .
Once trained, there will be an opportunity to work night shift over 4 nights.
Benefits:
Regular overtime available - All hours worked over 38.00 per week will be paid at a rate of £18.31
