An established and fast-growing e-commerce business is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing strategy across several consumer brands. Known for their innovative online presence and strong customer focus.
This is a hands-on marketing position where you’ll take ownership of content creation, SEO, paid media, and social media campaigns. You’ll play a key role in driving online visibility, engagement, and sales performance across multiple platforms.
Please note this is an office-based role in Stockton-on-Tees.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Website:
* Create and maintain content for blogs, news sections, and product pages.
* Ensure content aligns with brand tone and enhances the user journey.
* Optimise website UX and on-page performance.
SEO & Analytics:
* Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking.
* Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
* Track performance using Google Analytics and report on key metrics.
Paid Media:
* Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
* Adjust strategies based on performance data to improve ROI.
Social Media:
* Develop social strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Plan, design, and schedule engaging content to grow the audience.
* Engage with followers and foster community interaction.
Video Content:
* Plan, script, film, and edit marketing and product videos.
Market Insight:
* Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity.
* Identify new opportunities to expand reach and improve marketing outcomes.
Tools Used:
* Canva, Figma, Ubersuggest, Answer the Public
* Basic image editing tools
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally within e-commerce or consumer products.
* Strong SEO, paid media, and social media knowledge.
* Confident in using analytics and data to make decisions.
* Basic design and video production/editing skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
