About This Role
We are seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) to join our Consumer and Small Business Banking team. This role is pivotal in Branch Banking and offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in our customers' financial lives. After completing the necessary licensing and SAFE registration, you will transition into the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Branch Premier Banker, you will:
* Engage in our Branch Banking Licensed Banker program until you complete licensing requirements.
* Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers while deepening existing relationships.
* Analyze customer concerns and apply resolution protocols effectively.
* Advise customers on financial options and services tailored to their needs.
* Maintain a deep understanding of Wells Fargo’s banking, credit, and investment solutions.
* Collaborate with peers in Business Banking, Mortgage, and Wealth Management to meet client goals.
* Manage risks by adhering to policies and compliance regulations.
* Collect and analyze customer information to develop customized financial plans.
* Build strong relationships with branch colleagues and partners to enhance customer success.
* Provide guidance to fellow branch employees on managing client needs.
* Ensure compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* 4+ years of customer service experience or equivalent.
* 3+ years of experience in building effective relationships with customers and partners.
* 3+ years of experience recommending products and services.
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience in the financial services industry (corporate, consumer, mortgage, etc.).
* Successful completion of FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents).
* State Insurance license(s).
* 3+ years in a licensed financial services position.
* Strong customer service focus with experience in complex transactions.
* Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
* Ability to educate customers on digital banking options.
* Experience mentoring and coaching others.
Working Conditions
* Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
* Adherence to Wells Fargo’s sales practices and risk management culture.
* Current registration for FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 is required.
* State Insurance license(s) must be obtained within a specified period.
* This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
