Job Description
3. Manage and oversee tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Address tenant enquiries and provide solutions to housing-related issues.
5. Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
6. Liaise with contractors and service providers to maintain high property standards.
7. Support the allocation of housing, including processing applications and conducting viewings.
8. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on housing activities.
9. Manage and deal with anti-social behaviour and gather customer feedback
10. Promote a safe and welcoming community environment for tenants
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Housing Officer should have:
11. 3+ years prior experience in a housing or property management role.
12. A strong understanding of housing regulations and tenancy laws.
13. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
14. The ability to work independently and manage a part-time or full-time schedule effectively.
15. Proficiency in using housing or property management software.
16. A customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
