We are currently looking forNursing Home Manager to join our team,
Registration: Home support clients over and under the age of 65, dementia and mental health conditions.
Salary: Variable depending on experience (approx. £55k - £60k) with commission structure in place
Hours: 40hrs per week, Monday Friday 9am 5pm with ad-hoc hours required as per responsibility
Occupancy: Home are 100% occupied a mixture of private funding, social services and continuing care.
Notes: 28 days annual leave, Blue Light Card
Qualifications for candidates:
* Valid PIN number with NMC, previous nursing home management experience essential, computer literate
* In-depth understanding of CQC standards (or equivalent regulatory framework), safeguarding, and best practice in elderly and dementia care.
* Understanding of home operations and cost management.
* Knowledge of health & safety, infection control, medication management, and person-centred care approaches.
