The role:
The main purpose of this role is to lead the newly created community team, with the aim of turning users into advocates and brand ambassadors. The brand is no newbie to the market, but the time is right to try and shift some of their momentum towards influencers and community and they need a real expert to help them achieve this. Their software is within the creative sector and their business has gradually shifted from one targeting consumers to being a professional essential with outstanding results.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, the main duties of the role will include: Leading the Community Team to support, engage and delight the Community; take responsibility for all strategy related to community growth and engagement - using data to inform content plans and campaigns to maximise engagement.
