Role
In this role, you'll be part of a highly respected Employment department, advising a diverse range of clients from across Scotland.
You\'ll work on both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising clients on strategic HR issues, complex tribunal claims and providing practical employment law guidance across various industries.
Your caseload will include handling high-value, complex employment disputes, conducting investigations and advising on employment law matters within corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the team, with a clear path for career development, as well as the chance to influence the direction of the firm\'s employment practice.
Your Experience
* 5+ PQE with strong experience in employment law
* A track record of working with high-value clients and complex employment matters
* Strong communication, commercial awareness and client management skills
* Ability to manage a varied caseload, work autonomously and demonstrate strong time management skills
