We're proud to offer our Woodland Explorers sessions, our own Forest School experience, where children learn and play outdoors in all seasons. Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years Relevant Qualification (essential)
* A passion for providing high-quality care and education
* A sound understanding of the EYFS and child development
* A positive, proactive attitude and a nurturing approach
* Creativity and enthusiasm for planning fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
* A caring and patient nature with great communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with your team and build positive relationships with families
* A good sense of humour, energy, and a willingness to get hands-on with play, paint, mud, and glitter
* Previous experience in an early years setting
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety and well-being
* Plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote learning through play
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with the EYFS
* Build strong relationships with children and parents, creating a welcoming, inclusive environment
* Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging nursery space in line with health and safety standards
* Support and mentor junior staff, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm
