General Description:
This role involves arranging, scheduling, and managing electrical testing & inspection works in residential and communal properties using the company workflow system. Responsibilities include scheduling testing & inspection appointments for engineers, booking appointments with residents or site staff to gain access to properties, uploading asbestos reports onto works orders, and maintaining spreadsheets and client portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
* Input jobs into the company workflow management system
* Update job workflows on the system
* Book appointments with residents and schedule engineer visits, including rescheduling priority jobs
* Upload asbestos reports onto works orders daily
* Interpret engineers' technical notes
* Update spreadsheets, overdue reports, and client portals
* Arrange parking for engineers as needed
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Participate in training and performance improvement programmes, including appraisals
* Liaise with office staff and supervisors to resolve queries
* Support business changes for the company's benefit
* Adhere to KPIs set by the company
* Perform any ad-hoc duties as instructed by your line manager or directors
