Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferences, and budget.
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and experiences that match client needs.
Build custom itineraries that maximize value, comfort, and enjoyment.
Manage bookings, confirmations, payments, and schedule changes through approved systems.
Maintain accurate client records and follow established workflows.
Provide timely updates, reminders, and support before, during, and after travel.
Stay current on supplier trainings, promotions, and destination updates.
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level service that elevates the client experience.
Participate in team trainings, coaching sessions, and optional professional development.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Basic computer proficiency: email, spreadsheets, online portals, and social platforms.
Comfortable learning new software and booking systems.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
