Job Role: Staff Engineer (React / NestJS)
Working Model: Full-Time - Remote (with occasional quarterly workshops/events)
Salary: Up to £84,000 + Excellent Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major organisation as they rebuild their Digital Experience Platform, moving away from a legacy monolithic system to a modern, cloud-native, customer-first solution. You'll play a key delivery-focused role, supporting multiple squads and working alongside Principal Engineers and senior stakeholders to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience as a Senior/Staff Engineer within web and mobile application development
2. Strong expertise in React and NestJS (frontend-weighted, 60% web / 40% backend)
3. Experience designing and delivering micro frontend architectures with module federation
4. Deep knowledge of CI/CD, automation, and testing frameworks across unit, integration, E2E, and non-functional testing
5. Cloud-native expertise, ideally GCP or Azure (open to AWS)
6. Skilled in Docker...
