Responsibilities
* Handle all enquiries and book appointments via telephone, email or social media.
* Provide detailed information to patient enquiries whilst delivering excellent customer service.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal hospital teams, consultants, medical secretaries and external stakeholders to ensure appointments are converted.
* Maintain contact with potential patients to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of their enquiry.
Qualifications & Experience
* Marketing and/or Sales experience.
* Ability to manage a portfolio of private patients from initial call to discharge.
* Sound computer skills using the MS Office Suite and web‑based reporting.
* Confident in engaging with a variety of people particularly in a high‑end setting.
* Excellent communication skills both face to face, over the phone and in writing.
* Articulate with the highest standard of personal presentation.
* IC (Required Experience).
* This position is subject to background and DBS checks.
