As a Creative Marketing and Ecommerce Lead, you will be responsible for leading the performance and growth of one of our own brands, ensuring the brand consistently delivers against its financial targets. You will take ownership of the brand’s ecommerce performance, driving growth through clear marketing strategy, strong creative, and effective retail execution. Working closely with marketing, creative, and paid ads teams, you will ensure the brand attracts new customers, builds a loyal audience, and continues to grow profitably. You will be responsible for overseeing both paid and organic performance, ensuring the team delivers marketing activity that drives traffic, conversion, and customer retention while maintaining strong commercial performance and profitability. You'll also be hands on in the creation of compelling marketing content and assets that help acquire new customers and drive sales. A key part of your role will be leading and coordinating the team responsible for delivering the brand’s ecommerce activity. You will set clear priorities, maintain high standards of execution, and ensure the team is focused on the work that will have the greatest impact on growth. You will regularly report on business performance to the leadership team and founders, providing clear insights into results, opportunities, and priorities. By combining strong commercial awareness with a deep understanding of ecommerce best practice and creative principles, you will help ensure the brand delivers consistent, high-quality retail performance.
