There is now a great opportunity to join a well-established engineering company that designs, develops and manufacture range of bespoke products as a Structural Analysis Engineer. As Structural Analysis Engineer, you will act as the structural technical authority across several products, contributing to all phases of the project life cycle-from research and design through to production and customer support.
You will take a lead role in conducting structural and thermal analysis using FEA tools such as Abaqus, supporting design reviews, guiding colleagues, and contributing to the certification of high-performance systems.

Responsibilities
* Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of hardware, bonded assemblies, insulants, adhesives, and energetic materials.
* Lead rheological analysis of materials and support validation and verification of FEA models.
* Develop and deliver structural test plans, assess results, and contribute to product certification activities.
* Prepare and present technical reports, design records, and documentation to support project milestones.
* Stay up to date with industry innovations and lead research into new technologies.
Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Structural or related Engineering discipline.
* Must have structural analysis experience.
* Proficiency in Abaqus FEA (essential).
* Skilled in Microsoft Office; CAD and Altair-Hyperworks experience is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* A team player with the ability to mentor others and deliver high-quality results on time.
