The core role will be working as a Rail Replacement Coordinator across the East Midlands network. During times of disruption and pre-planned work, you will also assist our special events teams.
Key Responsibilities
We expect you to be customer-focused to provide a fantastic experience for travelers. Even during disruptions, you must keep customers informed throughout their journey.
Some duties may be safety-critical, requiring a medical. You will be trained to manage different situations during disruptions, including ensuring buses and trains run on time, making announcements, performing safety duties, and assisting with customer service and revenue. Classroom and depot-based training will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure smooth and safe services.
