The Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls while building meaningful, long-term relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Providing excellent customer support across calls, emails, and systems
* Managing and updating customer records accurately
* Supporting customers with health plan information
* Proactively engaging with warm leads and converting them into loyal customers
* Representing the brand positively in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

* Customer service and sales experience
