What You’ll Be Doing
* Speaking with customers to understand their needs and concerns, starting the discussion around the significance of protection.
* Advising on protection products such as Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection.
* Delivering clear, tailored recommendations.
* Managing your cases with keen organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
* Balancing customer care, compliance, and performance targets.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not expecting finished experts – this is a trainee role after all! But we are looking for potential.

* Experience in customer service or sales.
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* A genuine passion for helping people.
* Drive, ambition, and the willingness to learn.
* Keen organisation and team‑working skills.
