As a Restaurant Team Member, you will provide and create exceptional guest experiences. Whether you are the first person guests encounter or you help produce our bakery items, your energy and passion for guest service will make you a top member of our fast-paced team.
To apply for the position you will be a positive team player, with previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will possess excellent communication skills with a strong focus on the customer and the flexibility to work a range of hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities
* Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
* Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers
* Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and refer difficult customer enquiries to a Manager
* Ensure food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
* Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process
* Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
* Following critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
* Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directions
* Being aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant and contributing towards achieving them
* Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort and convenience expectations including restocking of workstations
* Report all work-related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible
* Follow correct procedures and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed
Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on the customer
* Flexibility to work a range of hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
* Positive team player with a passion for fantastic customer service and coffee
