About The Role
The Data Analyst plays a key role in the data-driven decision-making philosophy within Supply Chain. Responsibilities include developing and improving tools and reports, supporting all projects, ensuring product relevance and accuracy, and facilitating workflow efficiencies. You will work closely with Demand Planners, Supply Planners, Logistics, Sales, Operations Planning, and other teams in Technology Operations and Ocado Technology.
* Provide analytical support; daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting.
* Deliver insights to Supply Chain teams and senior leadership that are clear, actionable, and impactful.
* Coordinate root cause analysis for arising issues.
* Maintain and enhance tools and services to improve efficiency.
* Develop understanding of data involved in Supply Chain to offer expert opinions across relevant areas and projects.
What We’re Looking For
* Working knowledge of SQL.
* Experience with Data Visualisation Tools (Looker Studio preferred).
* Proficiency with Google Suite (Microsoft Office acceptable).
* Strong communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Commercial awareness, considering operational and cost impacts.
* Curiosity and strong critical thinking skills.
Additional Skills We’d Love to Hear About
* Knowledge of Google Script or VBA.
* Experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle Apex.
* Knowledge of Python.
* Familiarity with enterprise tools like Jira.
