Overview
We are seeking a detail-driven Head of Talent Acquisition for Enterprise Applications (Oracle) to lead capability development and end-to-end recruitment for Oracle ERP and related enterprise applications. You will own the talent strategy and oversee the recruitment lifecycle from planning through delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead End-to-End Testing – Own test strategy, planning, scripting, execution, and defect management (Note: this item appears mistakenly under a different title in the original; included here as part of role responsibilities for clarity if applicable to testing leadership scope.)
* Shape Best Practices – Coach teams, drive quality, and embed testing excellence across projects (if applicable to role scope).

You will be part of a team that values quality and accuracy in hiring for a rapidly expanding Oracle ERP consultancy.
What You'll Do
* Lead recruitment strategy and execution for Oracle ERP/Cloud, including planning and sourcing for senior and specialist roles.
* Coordinate hiring with clients and internal teams; manage relationships with third parties as needed.
* Oversee staffing the project with Version 1 resources and ensure on-time delivery in collaboration with clients and partners.
* Adhere to Version 1 standards and policies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership, ideally within technology consulting or ERP/Oracle domains.
* Ability to develop recruiting strategies, manage a hybrid team, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills; process-oriented with strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Experience in fast-paced environments and ability to turn customer requirements into workable recruitment solutions.
