Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors HRIS platform
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the HRIS systems to ensure they meet the needs of the organisation
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and configure system features based on business requirements
Provide technical support and problem resolution for SAP SF modules
Train and support end-users to ensure effective utilisation of the HRIS
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimise functionality
Ensure data integrity and security within the HRIS

Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in managing SAP SuccessFactors HRIS systems
