Our well established client is seeking for a at least 2 years Employment Paralegal to join the team at their busy offices in either Winchester or Hedge End. The candidate will be required to: Advise on all aspects of employment law Provide day to day guidance and advice to clients regarding resolving disputes in the workplace and settlement agreements Provide clients with advice on employment rights and obligations Draft and review employment contracts Keep up to date with employment law and changes in legislation Assist the commercial department with business transactions involving employees and TUPE etc. Good communication skills are essential, as fee earners are required to communicate regularly with clients when taking instructions and giving advice. You will have previous experience in the areas above and be able to manage and prioritise your own caseload. The ideal candidate’s technical knowledge will be strong, and they will preferably have knowledge of case management systems and an ability to use online systems. The role is permanent & full time.
