About the Role
As a Team Leader at Hobbycraft, you will support the management team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
* Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
* Oversee operations including merchandising, goods in, warehouse, and duty management
* Support and coach new colleagues
* Coordinate colleague workload
About you
* Minimum 1 year retail experience; managerial or supervisory experience is advantageous
* Passionate about craft and inspiring others
* Ability to learn and share product expertise to meet customer needs
* Enthusiastic, driven, and motivated
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Flexible to meet business needs
