Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
2. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
3. Prepare payment runs
4. Prepare CIS returns
5. Manage the timely and accurate posting of receipts and payments
6. Calculate timesheets for payroll to be processed
7. Update supplier list on PSL and ensure all customer and supplier details are correctly recorded
8. Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses by verifying and reconciling expense reports
9. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate coding and recording of expenses
10. Conduct regular ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records
