Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handy Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of mechanical knowledge and practical skills to effectively maintain and repair the properties. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Duties
* Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
* Interpret and work from schematics to carry out repairs or installations.
* Operate tools and machinery safely, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.
* Maintain an organised work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly after use.

* Proven experience in a maintenace role or similar position is preferred.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
* A customer-focused approach with the ability to maintain positive relationships with guests is crucial for success in this role.
